Birth Workshop
with Partners

Next Event - Sunday June 7th, 2026

There are many ways that partners can show up during birth

Birth is not a spectator sport. When a partner truly knows how to show up during labour — with the right touch, the right breath, the right presence — everything changes. For the mother. For the baby. For the relationship.

This workshop has been running for over 20 years because it works. Couples leave with real skills, real confidence, and a shared language for birth. It is hands-on, practical, and genuinely transformative.

Spaces are limited. Book early to secure your spot.

What we cover

A special session for the men

A smiling man with a beard and mustache wearing a black beret, white shirt, black and white striped scarf, and a gold necklace, standing outdoors with blurred greenery in the background.

Jason Bart co-hosts this workshop with me. Jason is an outstanding facilitator of men's work — running international men's retreats and working one-on-one with men around the world.

He works separately with the birth partners for 30 minutes to prepare them not just for birth, but for the relationship changes that come with becoming a parent. How to show up. How to hold the space. How to be genuinely present when it matters most.

"So grateful for Kate's partner workshop too. I learned so much and felt prepared for birth and able to have a positive birth experience."
