Mums and bubs yoga in Fremantle designed to support postnatal recovery, relaxation, and connection with your baby, and to just make you feel good in your body again.
We will help to stretch and strengthen and I’ll also make sure you get time to relax. Then I teach you how to massage your babies, we sing with them whilst giving them a stretch too. I’ll teach you a lot about how to help your babies with their fine and gross motor skills through movements, help with any digestive issues they are having and give you the space and time for connection with them.
I’ve been teaching these classes for over 25 years and they are my favourite.
You can come at anytime from birth when you are ready. No need to wait 6 weeks as I will guide you on what you can and can’t do.
They are super informative and you get to spend time with other mothers.
Some classes you may feel like you are mostly feeding or holding your baby and other times they will sleep the whole way through. It doesn’t matter you’ll still get a lot out of them.
They go for 1.15 minutes . I find babies will only last this long and they often sleep really well after them.
Please bring something for your baby to lay on and anything else they need. Bring a yoga mat and water.
Babies can come from birth or it’s no longer right for you and baby.
