These are my favourite classes to teach. There is something truly special about a room full of new mothers, all finding their feet, all holding these extraordinary new beings — and making space to breathe, move, and feel good in their bodies again.

I have been teaching Mums & Bubs for over 25 years. Every class is designed to support you through the fourth trimester and beyond — with gentle movement to restore your body, tools to support your baby's development, and the simple gift of time with other mothers who understand.

Classes are drop-in friendly — come when you're ready, no need to wait until six weeks. Book your spot below.

What we do in class

  • Gentle stretching and strengthening for postnatal recovery

  • Relaxation and nervous system reset for you

  • Baby massage — I'll teach you techniques to use at home

  • Movement and songs to support your baby's fine and gross motor development

  • Support for common digestive issues in babies

  • Connection time with other mothers

Practical details

  • You can come from birth — you do not need to wait six weeks. I will guide you carefully on what your body is ready for.

  • Classes go for 1 hour 15 minutes. Babies tend to manage well at this length and often sleep beautifully afterwards.

  • Some days you will spend most of the class feeding or holding your baby. That is completely fine — you will still get a great deal out of being there.

  • Please bring something for your baby to lie on, a yoga mat, and water. Bring whatever your baby needs.

Book at least 24 hours ahead where possible.
Classes finish when babies are ready to move on — usually around 12 months.
