  • Pregnancy Yoga runs every Tuesday at 11am and Thursday at 5:15pm. Mums & Bubs runs every Tuesday at 1pm. The Birth Partner Workshop runs monthly — see the upcoming dates on the Birth Workshop page.

    All classes and workshops can be booked via the Acquity Booking Calendar.

  • Simply click the booking link on the class page you're interested in, choose your session, and follow the prompts. You'll receive a confirmation by email.

  • You're welcome from any stage of pregnancy. Many women come from the first trimester, but you can join at any point and attend right up to your due date.

  • Most pregnancy yoga classes focus on relaxation and gentle movement. Mine do that too — but every session also weaves in practical birth skills: breathing techniques, active birth positions, and the kind of body knowledge that actually helps you in labour.

    After 25 years of teaching, I know what makes a difference, and I bring all of it into the room.

  • Pregnancy Yoga and Mums & Bubs are available as casual drop-in classes or at a discount with a multi-class pass.

    The Active Birthing Workshop with Partners is $220 per couple. Full pricing is shown at checkout when you book.
