Pregnancy Yoga

Tuesday 11am  ·  Thursday 5:15pm ·  East Fremantle

Pregnant woman being guided in breath

These classes are an invitation to slow down, come home to your body, and prepare for one of the most powerful experiences of your life. Each session weaves together breath, movement, and active birth skills — so you leave not just feeling better in your body, but genuinely better prepared for labour.

I have been teaching pregnancy yoga in Fremantle for over 25 years. In that time I've seen what makes the difference — not just in how women feel during pregnancy, but how they move through birth. Knowledge matters. Embodied practice matters. Connection matters.

Birth Playlist

Birth is a mind game. The words and sounds imprinted into the space during labour can help you stay present, grounded, and inside your body. In class we build a relationship with music and breath together — so when the time comes, your body already knows what to do.
