These classes are designed to help you prepare for birth and motherhood with practical skills, supportive movement, and space to connect with your changing body.

Kate has been teaching pregnancy yoga in Fremantle for over 25 years. Her classes weave practical birth skills — breathing, movement, and active birth positions — into every session, so you leave not just feeling better, but better prepared. Women-only, drop-in friendly, and welcome from any stage of pregnancy.
