Thursday - 5.15pm.

These classes are designed to help you prepare for birth and motherhood with practical skills, supportive movement, and space to connect with your changing body.

Classes are for women only, and you are welcome to start at any stage of pregnancy. You can continue attending right up until the birth of your baby.
