This programme is designed for qualified yoga teachers, doulas, birth educators and those who wish to specialise in pregnancy, birth and the perinatal period.
It integrates traditional yoga teachings with contemporary somatic embodiment practices, current anatomy and physiology of birth, and evidence-based guidance on safe prenatal yoga.
Including a comprehensive somatic and embodied approach to teaching yoga through pregnancy, birth and beyond culture — an environment that allows you to fully focus on your growth as a teacher.

Option 2 — Payment Plan
USD $1,300 — 3 instalments for ease:
$400 deposit — due at time of booking (secures your place)
$450 second payment — due by June 21, 2026 (6 weeks before training)
$450 final payment — due by July 19, 2026 (2 weeks before training)
